JCS Technologies, Incorporated was founded in 1993 to develop a Reservation System for GTE's World Wide Conference Center, now Verizon ® Conference Connections. We have assisted Verizon in their growth by enhancing their reservation system and by developing a billing system based on the Microsoft ® Dynamics SL ® Financial System. Integration of Dynamics with customer data, the bridge billing records, and their financial system has created a reliable, flexible, and automated system for producing monthly conference bills. We developed the Scheduling, Reservations, and Billing System (SRB) for MultiLink ®, now owned by Avaya ®. SRB has been installed internationally. With the support of Voyant ® Technologies, now a division of Polycom ®, Incorporated, we developed the Central Reservation System based on the Sonata ® Reservation System. This system can schedule conferences on any bridge in the center. Enhancements include scheduling conferences in the customer's time zone, and automatically sending a confirmation email to the chairperson. CRS is in production at ClearOne ® Communications, now owned by Premier ® Conferencing. Initially we focused on development of proprietary software applications for our customers. We have succeeded in this environment through attention to customer service and implementation of leading edge solutions to improve their business. With positive recommendations from our customers, we continue to grow our business. Recently we began to focus our expertise on development of products that are required industry wide. Our products include the Central Reservation System, Conference Financial System, PIN code Application for the Voyant ReadiVoice System, and the Collaboration Addin for Outlook. Our current efforts center around our Integrated Conference Service Architecture. ICSA combines recent innovations in conference delivery, availability of standardized tools, and our knowledge of the industry to provide automated business process tools for the conference center and workflow integration tools for the end-users.
