JDM is based in Cromwell, Connecticut and is dedicated to serving the small and home-based businesses. It has been designed to provide one-on-one attention to these businesses and provide them with the best possible service. Working together with your CPA, this service will provide you with all of the tools needed to make informed decisions concerning your business and grow it to its fullest potential. Your bookkeeping services will be customized to suit your business and can be easily integrated with your current system.

Karen is an accomplished accounting professional with over 25 years of experience who came to JDM Business Services as a Staff Bookkeeper in March 2011. She has a strong background in retail and medical accounting. For much of her career she has been employed by an optical chain near the shoreline and she is currently that company’s controller. Karen loves the balance of being in a managerial position and being able to do the hands on bookkeeping for JDM clients.

Joy joined JDM Business Services LLC in February 2014 as a Staff Bookkeeper. Joy has a long career as a bookkeeper with experience in working with small business bookkeeping specializing in property management. Joy is a native of Connecticut where she graduated from Newington High School and Tunxis Community College with a major in Business Management. Joy currently resides in Newington. When she is not working she enjoys cooking, hiking, oil painting and spending time with her friends and family.

Rachael joined JDM Business Services in November 2009 and is the Senior Staff Bookkeeper / Office Manager. She enjoys working with small business owners to provide them with a better understanding of QuickBooks and how it can help streamline their company’s financial needs.
