Since our inception in 2001 we have provided hosting services of equipment financing loan and lease management products as a pay as you go subscription service which is now being offered under the newer name of "Software as a Service". We continue to offer our tried and true hosting services also known as "S.a.a.S" and assist you even more by providing enhanced support services from our JDR Solutions resources who specialize in delivering customized front-end and back-office lease portfolio administration services.

McCormick has more than 12 years of experience in the equipment finance and leasing industry, with the last five years focused in the office equipment industry. He most recently served as a senior business analyst and project manager for Marlin Leasing of Mt. Laurel, NJ. Previously, he held positions at Dell Financial Services and BOXX Technologies, both of Austin, TX.

In 2001, a new company was established under the name of IntegraLease, LLC. It's core management and administrative staff came aboard as former CIT/Newcourt employees in Indianapolis, Indiana following the exit of their operations center from the area. The opportunity arose to build upon the expertise and competencies of these individuals in the areas of technology and servicing of leased asset portfolios. The company forged a strategic partnership with International Decision Systems and began work as an outsourcing service provider to meet the needs of their customers.
