In parallel to the EUs requirement, JEK-Tech(TM) is tracking other new and evolving environmentally friendly requirements worldwide. JEK-Tech(TM) is attempting to fully comply with the "EU's RoHS and WEEE" Directives, "China RoHS" and "China WEEE", as well as, "California RoHS" and "California WEEE", without passing on the added disposal or administrative costs of these requirements to our customers. Some of these requirements may require price increases on our products.
JEK-Tech(TM) is dedicated to minimizing the impact that our products have on the environment and to comply with the European Union (EU) WEEE Directive. We are tracking the past and present status of the WEEE Directive throughout the European Union and working to understand the financial impacts of full EU WEEE Compliance.
We will accomplish our Mission by providing advanced, high-quality, value added products to our customers. These products increase the value of our customers investments, both human and capital, by using test techniques on the forefront of technology.
As part of our environmental initiative, JEK-Tech(TM) is working with our suppliers and customers to provide European Union Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compliant products. All NEW JEK-Tech(TM) products are designed to meet RoHS requirements. We are also converting our existing product inventory over to RoHS Compliance.

All NEW products are designed, fabricated and manufactured with RoHS compliance in mind. Our Printed Wiring Boards (PWBs) are lead-free and we also use lead-free solder and lead-free soldering processes. We require that all of our components are RoHS Compliant at a minimum, with Lead-Free preferred.
