With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Rob brings a diverse background and customer focus to our project development efforts. From industrial to commercial mechanical projects, Rob leads JH Kelly's pre-construction services and has provided guidance resulting in the successful initiation of multiple projects. Rob is the past chair and current director of the CEDC, NWCCC, WSPA and CAP. A graduate of Seattle University, Rob started his career with JH Kelly as a Field Engineer.

Jim is the paper mill king having worked at Weyerhaeuser and NORPAC for over 30 years. Industrial Way just isn’t the same since Jim quit driving back and forth in his white Kelly truck. He’s now enjoying the good life in Lake Havasu where the sun always shines.

For commercial construction projects, JH Kelly’s people can be found under tower cranes providing trade services as a plumbing contractor or mechanical contractor on a subcontracted basis.

Mark joined JH Kelly in 1998, with a wealth of experience in (and out) of construction. Mark oversees many of Kelly's commercial, development, venture capital and administrative operations and is actively involved in the company's real estate and joint venture activities. Mark is Past-Chair and a current Director of the CREDC, n Connect NW, Imperium Renewables, Blue Array, PV Powered Inc. and several local non-profit organizations. Mark is an avid sports fan and is very active in local charitable causes.
