Mr. Hardee brings over 20 years of construction and construction-related experience to the industry. After graduating from Wilson Hall Academy in 1988, he worked for his family-owned construction company learning “hands-on” the aspects of design, drafting, construction and running a business. In 1993 he opened his own landscaping company where he designed and built professional landscapes. In 1997 he obtained his real estate license and began working for Coldwell Banker Commercial Seaboard Properties of Sumter.

Our company is not your typical construction company that just builds! We understand all the fundamentals of construction such as financing, business plans, real estate purchasing, design and ,of course, building. You get one company that can answer all of your questions and do all the work!

JJ Hardee Construction and Design is the only local Construction Company to provide design-build services in-house. The same person you initially meet will be the same person that will plan, design and build your project.
