Established in 1987 as J.K. Enterprises Construction Company Inc, we have extensive experience in all phases of construction: Residential, Commercial New Construction, and Commercial Renovation. In 2007 our corporation acquired a site division and changed our name to J.K. Diversified Construction Services. We provide a full range of design and construction services. Our concept was designed to control construction management problems, so that greater attention can be given to quality craftsmanship. We are a Licensed Carpentry Contractor, licensed, bonded, and insured.

We have made a move towards Performing Insurance work. Having been in the Construction Industry for over 23 years we have completed many Insurance Claim Projects. Over the years we have been invited to bid on and performed many projects from water damage, fire damage claims, automobile crash claims, to catastrophic claims when large trees have damaged 50% of a home or more. We have made a move in the Insurance Claim direction due to a positive response from some people who “just were not happy” with the shoddy work they received from the so called Insurance Professional.

Tom Szumlic is an architect, design advocate, design strategist, design leader, and design educator with expert experience in the fields of architecture, interior design, building construction, and design education. Leadership, participation in practice, professional service, and community engagement, has shaped his competencies. Each of these accomplishments has iteratively informed the others. Tom’s experience in professional practice has included owner, principal, and designer for all phases of the architectural and building process from master planning through construction administration.
