We arrive when we say we will, and work hard to make sure every detail is completed precisely the way you’ve envisioned. And during your project, you’ll be delighted that every JLM team member will treat you, your home, and your neighbors with the ultimate respect while ensuring the best possible end result with minimal disruption. 1. Listening — We meet at your home to so we can fully understand your ideas, your desires, and your hopes and dreams for remodeling your home. Our goal is to know what you really hope to accomplish, both short and long term. How do you see yourself using this space? How does that fit with the plan for the rest of the home? Once we’ve had a good look at your home and understand your goals, we’ll share our visions and ideas. Our goal is to leave this meeting with a clear vision and accurate information for your remodeling project so that we can start the design process. 2. Design — JLM offers the most talented designers available, capable of creating aesthetically pleasing, yet practical design solutions that we know our crews can build. During the design process, you’ll receive complete plans rendered to scale on paper for your approval. And, because we stand behind our design work, you’ll receive a complete warranty in writing. 3. Building — When you hire JLM, you’re hiring an experienced team of craftsmen, trained to be both friendly and professional. Once our crews start your project, they show up on time, act like professionals, and stay on your project until it’s complete. Plus, they do it all without disrupting your life, or inconveniencing your neighbors. Unlike most design/build companies in our area, our foremen have been year-round, full time JLM employees for years. 4. Communication – We pride ourselves on “a high level of communication” within our company. Not only will you feel comfortable in talking with your foreman on the job, you may also speak with your designer/sales person anytime at the office or by cell phone. Usually your designer/sales person will stop by the job site once a day to make sure everything is going according to plan. 5. Completion – Unlike most home remodelers, JLM doesn’t disappear once your project is finished. If you ever have questions or concerns about any of the work we’ve done, please let us know. We’ve stood behind our work for over 38 years, so if there’s ever an issue you need to discuss about your project, we’re always available to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your project.
