Description
JMB Real Estate Academy issues one certificate booklet per student who has completed the 24-hour sales licensing session. This booklet is good for State testing up to 2 years from the completion certificate date on the booklet. Students who do not test with the State prior to the 2 year expiration must re-enroll with full tuition payment in order to receive a new testing date certificate.Any student who may lose or destroy an active certificate must pay a $50.00 charge for the issuance of a duplicate certificate. This duplicate certificate issuance will bear the original student competion date as recorded in school files.
