Here, we develop custom flavor profiles, prepare and test products, and conduct focus groups. Our team of food scientists work closely with our corporate chefs and culinary sales team to assist and communicate the needs and desires of our existing and potential customers.

Our products are sold to chefs, restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals and food manufacturers. JMH® delivers practical, cost-effective ways to serve big flavor with less effort.
