J. M. Waller is providing construction management services for The New Orleans Replacement Medical Center, a state-of-the-art campus on 29 acres in the heart of New Orleans. The project includes Inpatient, Diagnostic and Treatment, Outpatient, Transitional Living and Rehabilitation, Research, Administration, Central Energy Plant and two separate parking structures.

In 2002, J. M. Waller successfully graduated from the Small Business Administration 8(a) program. Additionally, the company reorganized the corporate structure to provide services in the areas of operational program management and execution, business development, administrative and financial management, engineering services, facility management, and environmental services. JWMA also landed their first Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) work, expanding beyond Department of Defense (DoD) clients for the first time.

James W. Emery, Jr., Chief Financial Officer James W. Emery, Jr. has led J. M. Waller's finance and accounting activities through several key milestones associated with a rapidly growing company. Mr. Emery lead the effort to build the infrastructure to support all elements of federal government contracting included: transitioning to a new accounting system; streamlining the billing process; obtaining annual DCAA provisional rates; and overseeing the development of the process for submitting the required annual incurred cost report to the Federal government.
