Josh Moro is the sole Owner and General Contractor of the company and resides in Myrtle Beach with wife Sara and their four children. Josh's management experience in construction began in 2002 when he ran the day to day operations of a construction business, working with contractors, inspectors, and finance companies to ensure a seamless and smooth home building experience for his customers.
