The Virtual Helpdesk System is a 24x7 web-based helpdesk ticket and knowledge base system. End users can submit new helpdesk support case online 24X7 or search our support knowledge base document to find out the solutions for themselves. The submitted ticket will be processed base on its priority and importance and the support case will be escalated to our support engineers by email or pager. The end user may get call back from our support engineer or our email instruction to resolve their IT problem.
