Description
History JOR Engineering was founded by Omar Rood, Jr., P.E. and incorporated in October 1987 in Crookston, MN. Primarily working with watersheds in the northern tier of the Red River of the North Basin, JOR found its nitch. In 1995, Charles Anderson, P.E. joined Omar as co-owner of JOR and opened the Alexandria, MN office to work with watersheds in the remainder of the Basin. The firm has grown out of need for our skills and has full-time and part-time professional civil engineers, GIS, GPS, and CAD specialists, and additional personnel.
