The driving force behind creating his own construction company was John's observance of the shortcuts that some builders were taking in order to lower costs during the construction process - and his unwillingness to accept these methods as being the best way to do business. With the day-to-day details being handled by his wife Jane, the company quickly grew, and retained an excellent reputation as a builder of high quality homes regardless of price point within the market.

With John leading the charge with his 30+ years of experience, JPC gives you over 100 years of combined experience between our team of five. While we may not be the largest home builder in Minnesota, John's goal has always been to be the best home builder in Minnesota!
