We are a national developer, builder and investment manager of Class A multifamily assets in selected US markets with our corporate headquarters located in Irving, Texas and we stand among the most active privately held real estate companies in the country. With a long history of successful developments throughout the major US markets and an unparalleled depth of industry specific experience, the Company's founding principals have worked together for over 30 years.

JPI was established in 1989 and over the ensuing 20 year period grew to one of the most respected and successful privately-held national multifamily companies in the country. In response to the death of one of our Founding Partners and the retirement of another, in 2009 we formed TDI Real Estate Holdings to reposition our real estate investment platform under an expanded ownership structure.
