We have been contracting with JPL for over 5 years. They are responsible for clearing the snow at five Library parking lots throughout Arapahoe County. I have worked with other vendors in the past and found JPL the most responsive in meeting our needs in a timely manner. Most importantly their communication is excellent. I give them two thumbs way up and will recommend JPL to anyone who’s looking for excellent customer service.

James D. Lynch, III, started our company with a pick up truck, one mower, and a dedication to excellence. After two years, Jim ventured into commercial accounts, providing services for Homeowner Associations and JPL Cares was incorporated in 1997.

With 18 years of experience in the landscape industry, Manuel joined the JPL Cares team in 2007. He quickly worked his way up from laborer to Foreman to Field Manager and then to Assistant Operations Manager. Fluent in Spanish and English, he is well respected by all of the crew members and is a great asset to the JPL Cares team.

At JPL Cares, we listen to our customers needs and expectations. We keep them informed of scheduling and project implementation as well as any issues that arise and our proposed solutions.
