Description

- Identify the problem and then exaggerate it to its extreme. Your customers have a problem, and your business offers the solution. Play with the seriousness of that relationship by exaggerating one or the other. - Leverage unexpected contrasts. Unexpectedness is at the root of all humor. Play with interesting contrasts and unrealistic situations. What if your business existed during a different moment in time? What if your Millennial-focused brand suddenly became incredibly popular with the 65+ age group? - Poke fun at yourself through parody. This is perhaps the most tricky tactic.

Your very best brand advocates are sitting in the cubicles right outside your door. They know what makes your company great, and they most likely have social media networks that extend far beyond your marketing’s reach. Hearing positive things about a business from an employee conveys that your company is trustworthy, so if you aren’t giving your employees the tools they need to be brand advocates, you should start immediately.

Even when we close our doors and go home at night, we're still just a point and click away. Our Customer Service Center provides clients with 24-hour access to our services. From here you can request an estimate, place an order, transfer a file, or review a proof, all from the convenience of your office or home.

1. Keep track of your customers. What item or service did they purchase the last time they interacted with your business? Were they seeking out your business because of a special event? Track as many details as possible (without being creepy) so that you have good information to draw from.

Think of your logo as the first thing that greets a potential customer. It’s supposed to encompass your brand and plays a huge role in whether or not people feel an instant connection to your business. If your logo looks almost exactly the same as your competition’s, you’ve lost your first shot at standing out. Think about it. When most people (of the non-sommelier variety) are shopping for wine, what’s the deciding factor? The label. Your logo functions in the exact same way. It gives customers something to judge your company on before they really know what you’re capable of.
