PC - Princess Cut, BG - Baguette Back to top What kind of Metal do you use? All our merchandise are 18k Gold. We use pink gold, white gold, yellow gold and tone combination. We also use 14k if it is requested. For other requests just inform our sales representative and we will customize it for you. Back to top What is the quality of your diamonds? Our diamonds are princess cut with SI1 clarity and color grade of G. Back to top How do I cancel an order? You can cancel your order before your transaction is finalized with our sales representative, by informing us with any means thru our "CONTACT US" page. If incase you have already finalized the transaction with our sales representative, although your payment will not be refunded the amount paid will be credited to your account with JS Creations, Incorporated Back to top How long does it take to process my order? You can receive your order as soon as 3 days or as long as 2 weeks depending on the item availability. If the item ordered is currently in-stock then your order can be processed and delivered within 3 days. If the item is not available it can take up to 2 weeks to process and deliver your order.
