Description

restored vehicles, pro-touring, pro-street and resto-mods. We pride ourselves in providing the highest quality restorations. Every restoration is stripped down to bare metal with our in-house media blaster. Right after media blasting every vehicle gets wiped down with thinner and coated with epoxy primer. Body work can then begin. Body gaps are a major part of restoring a vehicle to perfection. Back in the 60s when vehicles were being built body gaps were not aligned very well. After-market sheet metal can also add to the problem. We use welding rods when needed to make all the gaps look seamless. Bondo is a word many people do not like to hear. Bondo is meant to be used as a final finish "light skin coat" to make the panel straight and not as a filler for dents, holes, rust, etc. We use a polyester primer and then a 2k primer to make sure the body work is straight. To get those laser straight panels, many hours go into blocking the primer with our long block sanders. We use very high quality primers which prevents sand paper clogging, limits shrinking and blocks very well to ensure very straight panels. Once ready for paint a sealer is applied first, then four coats of basecoat.
