Baumhardt Sand & Gravel Inc. was started by Joseph Baumhardt with two five-yard dump trucks and has been serving Eden, WI, and the surrounding areas since 1948. Through our quality workmanship, attention to detail and prompt service, we have built a solid reputation of customer satisfaction. Today, Baumhardt Sand & Gravel Inc. is family owned and operated by James, John, Jerry, Jay Baumhardt, Joan Kornitz and Jane Davis. Our mission is to provide our customers with the most professional, courteous service and quality workmanship.

In 2013 J&J Baumhardt acquired Abel Landscaping's snowplowing division. The acquisition brings together over 75 years of combined experience and nearly doubles our snowplowing equipment, taking us from 25 units to 45 units. With growth in mind, the property across the street from our current location was also purchased in 2013 and will become our new headquarters with much needed office, shop and yard space for our ever expanding assortment of equipment.
