J&M Corporation was formed in 1978 by John Lazzeroni and Melinda Carevich to meet the recreational audio needs of motorcycle riders. From modest beginnings on the kitchen table, the company has grown to become a world wide manufacturer of mobile audio gear and motorcycle accessories. John and Melinda have been awarded many U.S. patents for designs of headsets, microphones, and integrated audio gear. J&M is privately owned with manufacturing and distribution centers located in Tucson, Arizona.

Designed from the ground up specifically for this application, & spec'd at an impressive 217 watts max power, this new speaker is the result of our 35 years of experience in the motorcycle audio business.

J&M Corporation warrants each new product it manufactures to be free from defective materials and workmanship. J&M agrees to remedy any such defect or replace the unit (at our option), provided the unit is delivered to us, intact, with all transportation charges prepaid to our factory, for a period of two (2) years from date of sale to the original purchaser.
