Founded in 1992 as a small manufacturer of pins and bushings, J&R Machine, Inc. has always looked to provide clients with strategic solutions, advanced knowledge, and exceptional customer service. As we have grown, we have shifted to producing more complex parts and adopted lean manufacturing principles as well as value-added services. Tim Tumanic, president of J&R Machine of Shawano This chronic lack of support is what spurred Tumanic to donate two Haas Computer Numerical Control (CNC*) Machine Tools to the Shawano Community High School. (Haas provided a $15,000 discount on the machines). The school serves more than 900 students wishing to attend college, technical school, the military and those who will immediately enter the work force after graduation.

J&R Machine does not specialize in industries. We specialize in providing solutions for complex machined parts. Our value-added manufacturing engineering, lean manufacturing principles, and exceptional customer service are used by OEM manufacturers, defense contract suppliers and clients in a variety of industries including the medical technology, oil and gas, machinery and equipment, hydraulics, and auto racing sectors.
