Amy McKinney is the Accountant / Office Manager for J & R Mechanical with over 17 years of experience in her field. She handles all aspects of managing the office side of the business. She graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Management, and then went back for an Accounting emphasis. Amy is a very outgoing, hardworking, and detail oriented person who thrives on multi-tasking. Amy lives in Tea with her husband Mike and their 3 children: Noah, Connor and Piper. When Amy is not working or running her kids to sporting events, she enjoys walking, spending time with friends and family, cooking/baking and volunteering for various groups.

Josh Chapman is the Owner and President of J & R Mechanical. Josh has over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry. He completed the Sheet Metal Apprenticeship program through, Sheet Metal Local Union #10. At the age of 21, he received his Master Mechanic License. After working in the industry for various HVAC companies, he decided to start his own business in June 2008. Josh has always managed his business with very hands on approach. He is a hard worker, highly motivated, go getter that lives by the theory that nothing is unattainable. Josh has always said that "I never want to be the biggestjust the best!" Josh has not only made Tea, SD a home for his business but also for his family. Josh resides in Tea with his wife Emily and their 3 children: Gavin, Grace & Ava. In his spare time, Josh enjoys spending time with his family and friends, hunting, fishing and being a wrestling coach.
