J&S Construction Company, Inc., founded in 1957, has maintained one very clear objective: Building Relationships by Building Trust . Since that time, we have successfully completed more than 5,000 unique projects for our various clients, more than 75.6 percent of which are with repeat customers. Today, J&S Construction employs nearly 115 of the finest craftsmen and trade professionals in the construction industry, including a number of nationally recognized and award-winning architects and engineers.

J&S Construction completed this 63,325 square-foot production facility for Rhythm North America (formerly Big Bend Technologies), located in Sparta, Tenn. Rhythm North America is a manufacturer of steering components for the automotive industry.

J&S Construction employs nearly 115 of the finest craftsmen and trade professionals in the construction industry and is blessed to currently be at one of its largest backlogs in company history. Located in Middle Tennessee, J&S Construction is strategically placed to provide services to the Southeast Region as well as other states. Markets include: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia.

Thirty years later, Pat’s son, John D. Stites, founded John Stites and Sons – now known as J&S Construction Company. (John D.) Stites, had just returned home from serving in the Navy during World War II, returned to Cookeville to attend college. However, he left college soon after to pursue a career with the family business – Builder’s Supply Company. He set up material at the construction site for the Buffalo Valley bridge and also provided materials used in the Standing Stone State Park bridge.

J&S Construction has the ability to work with your insurance company/adjuster and prepare an accurate estimate of the necessary work to be performed. We meet with the adjuster and come to an agreement on the details of what is paid for by your insurance company and what is not.
