Focusing on Texas and its neighboring states, our major operations include Underground Construction, Aerial/Underground Cable placement, Traffic Signals, Street Lighting, Intelligent Transportation Systems, Fiber Optic Testing/Splicing and Signing. We are an approved contractor for the Texas Department of Transportation, North Texas Tollway Authority, Comcast, MCI, Level 3, XO Communications, SBC and many other local and regional agencies. Our corporate office located just east of Dallas, in Forney Texas, bases the management and administrative team used to manage our statewide and regional construction projects. We have established regional offices in several major Texas metro areas such as Houston, San Antonio, El Paso and Texarkana to further support our ongoing contracts.
