We provide a full range of civil engineering, master planning and water resource services throughout the Rocky Mountain region. Our firm is committed to operating with a highly qualified and motivated staff, each of whom is vested in the success of our business. Each team member recognizes that our work product reflects upon J3 and our standing in the engineering community. J3 Engineering Consultants was incorporated in March of 2003 by Jason D. Margraf, PE and Jason A. Monforton , PE, to fill a void in the market created by firms that underachieve and to also fulfill the promises that most firms fail to deliver on. We are driven to exceed your expectations and if you entrust your Professional Engineering contract with us, you have our full assurance that nothing less than success will be achieved. The formation of J3 revolved around a few common sense principles which are often heavily touted by the engineering community but seldom delivered. Because of our success and our ability to deliver on our core mission, J3 opened a Water Resources Division in 2007 strengthening the full range of land and water services provided to our clients. This division was created to respond to the specific water resources needs of all of our clients with the same vigor and perspective that has developed the outstanding reputation of our firm. Led by Kenneth Cecil, PE, CFM , our team is eager to prove to you why our approach, design, construction, and management techniques sets the standard of excellence in our profession.
