This individual exceeded all my expectations in every phase of construction beginning with ground preparation to the final inspection. He was involved in every process taking place, overseeing every specialty to include and not limited to foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, heat/air conditioning, brick work, roofing etc. ensuring only quality products, quality workers and proper installation was the norm and being able to explain to the owner any questions no matter how complex.
