As Owner and Broker of the J.L. Boyd Company, James L. Boyd began his real estate career in 1978, specializing in Industrial Properties. Until October, 1994, Mr. Boyd worked for one of the major commercial real estate firms in the Boise area.In October, 1994, Mr. Boyd separated and formed the J.L. Boyd Company, acquiring an experienced staff to serve the commercial real estate market. Over the years, the J.L. Boyd Company has grown to provide specialized services in each segment of the commercial real estate market.The J.L. Boyd Company serves the commercial real estate market in southwest Idaho. We offer specialized services in investment, retail, industrial, and office properties. We also offer professional real estate management services. In our fast paced environment, one individual cannot properly service all areas of the commercial real estate market; therefore, each experienced agent focuses on a particular specialized segment of the marketplace. This allows us to know each market more thoroughly and provide the service that our clients expect.
