JTS’ founder has many years of experience in the local engineering and construction management industry. A Seattle native, she believes in giving back to the community. 5 + years experience in project cost estimating on major public capital project, prefer estimating experience in major light rail projects, wastewater conveyance, tunneling, transit facilities, army facility and residential sound improvements.

Advanced knowledge of construction cost estimating principles. Knowledge of construction project scope documents, design drawings and design specifications related to light rail, wastewater conveyance, residential sound mitigation, transit facilities and military base improvement projects. Have experience in cost control and estimating database programs including establishing control baselines and maintaining system with estimating and cost data.
