Description
Jen is a terrifically talented UX designer and I deeply enjoyed working with her at Microsoft. She has a great knack for reading through ambiguity and being able to design the solution you were envisioning in your head. She understands the business and customer needs well and creates designs that serve both, which is not an easy task to complete. She also managed a staff of designers whom I worked with closely - I was very impressed by her ability to correctly set expectations, push on her team to deliver and also maintain a work environment that allowed people to thrive. I hope that our paths cross again in the future as I enjoyed working with her immensely.
