Description

When you look to hire or refer a home inspection company, what are your expectations? Sure we are all insured and licensed by the state, but what separates the good from the average? If an inspector finds a problem, does he have the experience and knowledge to give the client good advice? When I discover mold or moisture problems, I am trained and equipped to provide testing to determine the extent of the problem. I have diagnostic tools to find problems that may not be readily apparent. I schedule no more than two inspections a day. This allows me to fully explain my findings to the client and never be rushed to get to the next job.

My name is Paul and I am a licensed Kentucky home inspector (License #HI- 2143). I have 25 years of experience as a project manager in an engineering environment. I have eight years of experience as a home inspector. In those years, I have in excess of 280 hours of continuing education and additional training in mold inspections, radon gas testing, and thermal imaging. I am certified in radon gas testing and a certified mold inspector/assessor.
