We recently purchased a furnace and air conditioner from your company and I wanted to take a moment to tell you how pleased and impressed I was with tour team. Barry was very knowledgeable, available and discussed the team approach to a good installation and good service. Ed was on time, thorough and really knew the operations that were necessary. The star was Lorne. He was attentive to every detail, did a very neat install, was customer orientated and he answered all of our questions. The installation looks good with everything tucked in with straps and wire wraps. As he finished the furnace room was vacuumed and all of the scraps and old materials were carried out. He took time to make sure that we understood the operation of the thermostat, humidifier, air conditioner and furnace, and reminded us the importance of changing the filter and cleaning the tube on the furnace. We were very pleased with the installation and my wife liked the flowers; they were a nice touch.
