The History of Jackson Security Services (Jackson Security Services is the largest independantly-owned security company in West Alabama. Both Tennis Jackson Electric and Jackson Security Services are locally owned and operated.) Tennis Jackson Electric was founded in 1949 by Tennis and Alma Jackson as electrical contracting and repair business. In early 1953, they expanded the business to include alarm systems. In approximately 1956, they further expanded the scope of the business to include heating, air conditioning, and ventilation.
