We are a local, family-owned and operated business that started in 1995 with the merger of Jacobson Builders, Inc. and the Daris Company. Ron Jacobson has been a general contractor for over 30 years. He and his wife, Phyllis, started their business by building their first (and recently remodeled) home. He is known for his construction expertise, knowledge of land issues, skillful navigation of bureaucratic mazes, and incredible good humor (mostly). Dale Kleinknecht owned a successful sales, marketing, and financial services business before joining Ron in forming Jacobson / Klein.
