Flavor Del Mar is a 7,000 sq ft restaurant located in the heart of Del Mar. This restaurant had very intricate details for construction, including a bridge to connect separate spaces. The Client decided to develop Sip Wine Bar in the back part of the Plaza connected to Flavor Del Mar, Jaime Partners was invited to provide Project Management services in the development and construction of Sip Wine Bar.
