As part of the Carrier network, we have access to local inventory supplies and can receive it in house in as little as 24 hours on the rare occasion we do not have in-house ourselves.

Under the standard factory warranty, Carrier covers parts that fail during the warranty period due to defect in the part. The warranty does not cover labor. A warranty certificate was included with your homeowner information packet, and is specific to the model numbers, serial numbers and installation dates of your products. If you cannot find your warranty certificate, Jake's Heating & Cooling will also be able to provide you with the information.

At Jake's Heating & Cooling , all of our technicians are trained and certified by the factory. But we do not stop there. We provide on-going in-house training to ensure superior customer service and that the job is done right the first time.
