We provide a variety of construction delivery systems to meet the needs of all clients. In addition to the long-time Design-Bid-Build, we also offer Construction Management, Design/Build, Construction Consulting and Project Management. The services below are typical of those provided on the majority of assignments, but we are flexible and will customize services to meet a client’s needs.

For over 25 years, we have modeled our business on one sound philosophy – building high quality construction projects on time and within budget using qualified professionals. We have successfully completed over $2 Billion worth of K-12 facilities, colleges and universities, government buildings, industrial and private facilities. These projects have been completed under a variety of construction delivery systems, including Construction Management at Risk, traditional Design/Bid/Build, and Design/Build.

Cummings has an established Mentor-Protégé Program to provide opportunities for subcontractors to hone their business skills through close work with key Cummings personnel, other business leaders and professional organizations in monthly one-on-one meetings.

This new high school project consists of two 2-story classroom buildings, a 1-story gymnasium/cafeteria/auditorium building and a 2-story administration/classroom building. All these new buildings are located around a central courtyard spread out on a 50 acre site in Ft. Pierce.The structure consists of concrete tilt wall panels with structural steel and metal decking. The construction of tennis courts, soccer, football, baseball and softball fields are also included in the project.
