James (Jim) Bronson has spent his whole life in the customer service arena. His job was to get the highest quality product or service to his customer base at the most reasonable cost. He did this through shopping for the best companies providing the materials needed to accomplish the mission. Since joining the Insurance industry in 2006, Jim has produced over $275,000 in premiums for a major company in which he was a captive agent, not allowed by contract to search for the "best deal" in insurance for his prospective clients.
