Anderson has extensive experience in concrete construction. From curb and sidewalk construction to paving interstates and airport aprons and taxiways, our concrete division has the experience to deliver a quality product. Anderson personnel have extensive experience in slipform paving as well as various types of formed paving. Our recent implementation of Topcon mm grade control has eliminated the need for stringline and provides excellent vertical grade control to meet today's demanding specifications. Anderson is an active participant in the American Concrete Paving Association.

The EHS Department provides worksite safety audits, OSHA approved outreach training and is an American Red Cross authorized provider for workplace First Aid / CPR / AED training for our construction team. It is our belief that when you follow good sound operating practices that safeguard all employees, equipment and property, the end result will be a safe working environment and a more efficient operation.

No phase of our operation is to be considered a greater importance than Safety. It is the Policy of our company to provide and maintain a safe and healthful working environment. We accomplish this with the aid of a full time staff of Environmental, Health and Safety Professionals.

With a large fleet of asphalt pavers and rollers Anderson is fully equipped to pave parking areas, roadways and airports utilizing the latest technology to handle todays Superpave, FAA and SMA mixtures. To meet current stormwater management requirements, we are experienced in paving porous asphalt mostly utilized at commercial facilities and parking lots. As in 1981, Anderson today excels in the milling industry. The current milling equipment fleet consists of 9 milling machines including CMI 450, CMI800, CMI 750 and Wirtgen 2200 milling machines.

Founded in 1981 by entrepreneur James J. Anderson, the company quickly established itself as a premier milling contractor and soon performed milling for public agencies and other contractors throughout Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and into New York.
