Our teachers are empowered with significant decision-making powers over the academic calendar, choice of textbooks, and are encouraged to pilot new teaching strategies. We constantly analyze data to measure the success of our methods and materials. Our teachers collaborate and share their insights and experiences. This is NOT a school for an instructor who wants to close their door and do their own thing.
