Our authentic Danish dough begins with a proprietary blend of wheat flour, yeast and other high-quality ingredients. Like the very best European Danish, ours is made from laminated dough, created by rolling dough out thinly, folding it back upon itself to create layers, then repeating the process until there are 100 layers.
