James Tool Machine and Engineering, Inc. was founded over 25 years ago by James “Bud” Toner whose philosophy of providing superior craftsmanship and customer service are still the foundation of our success. We respect our customer’s business and provide value in the quality of products and services we offer. Since our inception in 1987, we have built long term relationships with our customers which continues to contribute to our ongoing success. We operate out of multiple facilities in North Carolina totaling over 100,000 sq. ft.

James Tool was originally founded to provide precision tooling, replacement parts and gages for various industries. We have the knowledge and experience to machine your precision parts. James Tool continually invests in the right equipment, which allows us to be highly efficient and offer competitive prices. Being an ISO 9001-2008 & AS9100 (Aerospace) certified company, we follow very stringent Quality Control procedures. Our customers can be confident that all processes and procedures are adhered to consistently.

James Tool Machine and Engineering, Inc. was established in 1987 by James “Bud” Toner with five employees to provide machining and tooling services to the manufacturing industry. Our company was founded on four basic principles: Integrity, Honesty, Quality and Customer Service — all to provide “ Precision Craftsmanship Driven By Technology.” James Tool is ISO 9001-2008 and AS9100 (Aerospace) certified and provides quality machining services for diverse industries worldwide – including Aerospace, Heavy Equipment, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Nuclear and Transportation.

James Tool is a full service CNC machine shop with high speed CNC turning and milling capabilities. We also have 4 and 5 axis CNC capabilities. James Tool strives to offer the highest level of quality, service, and support for our customers.
