Jamesbeck Global Partners is a boutique firm specializing in retained executive search for the traditional and alternative investment community. The firm was founded in 2002 and is comprised of nine senior recruiters with extensive experience in executive search and asset management.

Prior to her career in executive search, Melissa was as an executive in the Investment Banking and Debt Capital Markets group of ING Barings in London, where she developed and maintained relationships with the top 100 U.K. corporations across all industries. She was involved in assignments ranging from providing debt advisory services, advising clients on bond issues, private placements and helping to grow the proprietary leasing book via acquisitions.

– As a boutique firm, Jamesbeck is able to establish long-term relationships with a select number of clients, thereby retaining broad access to the market. We only take on assignments that make sense for our clients and our firm.
