Industrial Innovations, manufacturer of SPRA-RITE industrial lubrication equipment, has been manufacturing lubricating systems for almost 30 years. We have numerous lubricating systems in operation in a variety of metal working industries, including the Die Casting, Metal Forming and Stamping. The PRO-MIX and SPRA-RITE line of industrial lubrication equipment are well tested and have proven to be superior with regards to accuracies of the mixture, precise blending of the materials, and pin point accuracies for spray application control for continuous service.
SYSTEM COMPONENTS Injector Manifold Assembly which includes the Manifold, Pressure Regulator, Injectors, and Injector Coils. Pressurized lubricant is encapsulated within the manifold assembly until the injection cycle is initiated. A means to generate the necessary lubricant pressure required to pressurize the manifold assembly. For our customers who require ONLY the Injector Manifold Assembly for use with their existing processor SPRA-RITE manufactures a Manifold Package including the Injector Manifold - Enclosure Interface Pressure Regulator - Pressure Gauge.
Manufactured with only top QUALITY component parts and construction methods, the HYDRA-HONE is built to provide its user many years of effective service. The standard system is equipped with the following features; however, optional features are available. The standard honing stroke of the machine is 28 inches with a machine height 6 foot 6 inches. Larger machines are available ( See Options ).
