Actually, it's not necessarily the title that she has always loved... It's the man behind that title, Jana's late father, Gene Jackson. "You can be the greatest preacher in the world, says Jana, "but that doesn't mean a thing if your children can't smile at the mention of your name and give you the award for Greatest Father In The World. I thank God every day for giving me such an awesome dad. He was a man of character--godly, loving, wise, persistent... And on top of that, he was just plain fun!" The District Superintendent for the Assemblies Of God in Tennessee for over 25 years, Gene Jackson remained a popular speaker and author until his death. He was known for his amazing ability to communicate... No one could tell a story, make us laugh, or make us think like Gene Jackson!! But even more than that, he was known as a man of principle, unafraid to stand up for what he believed. He was a quality leader, a quality friend, and a dedicated and humble servant of the Lord Jesus Christ. Believing that her father is still someone you should know, and in an effort to pass on the legacy he has left to her, Jana is proud to offer his books and CD's on this site.
