Jayde Associates has set themselves up as the USA office for over 15 years with personal contacts in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Mainland China. We operate as a "factory direct" office by purchase orders being issued in the name of the Asian supplier and payments being made by normal check to the Asian supplier's lock box located in Warren, Ohio. In this manner, we do not act as a trader but as the Asian supplier's office located within the USA.
