During the past twenty years, Mr. Feldman and Mr. Burman have gained extensive experience in all aspects of residential and commercial construction and real estate development. They have established working relationships with the various city, county and utility agencies both in California as well as in New Mexico. They have been very successful in obtaining clearances through the State of California Environmental Quality Act and have completed many projects in requiring complicated environmental clearances.

Jazz Builders, Inc. is a licensed General Contractor with vast experience in all aspects of residential and commercial construction. Jazz's principals each have over 25 years of construction experience and provide innovative solutions to challenging construction conditions. Jazz Builders prides itself on producing a finely crafted home or addition with attention to the fine details that create a wonderful living environment.

Jazz Builders, Inc. was founded by Kim Feldman and Bruce Burman in 1997. In the business of residential and commercial development and construction since 1985, Mr. Burman and Mr. Feldman have known each other for over 35 years.

Jazz has a professional relationship with many architects, civil enginers, structural engineers, landscape architects and planning consultants. To provide optimum results we recommend the design firm most suitable for the intended architecture, either in house or a third party design firm. If the architecture firm has already been chosen, we work as a team member alongside the architect.

We provide contract review and design coordination ensuring that the owner's design criteria and budget are adhered to during the design phase of the project. Coordination between the design professionals ensures that the final design represents the owner's desires and that each consultant's design work is compatible with the plans prepared by the project's other consutlants.
