However, there are cases where things do not go as expected and we will do our best to resolve these situations in the best way possible.

If you would like to visit us to have "hands on" with any products before purchase, or if you need help with your product, we are happy to accommodate you. An appointment is recommended so we can dedicate time to you. Since we make a commitment to our customers to ship their orders the same day, our shipping operations take precedence so it is not always possible to accommodate walk in customers. Emily and Josh have directly assisted the efforts at JEFA Tech in the past, and are now in the process of finishing college and pursuing their own careers. JEFA Tech has become a well known and trusted customer oriented company and growing employer. What started as the classic "working out of the basement" home business in 2003 is now located in a several thousand square foot facility. Our entire family was born and raised in the United States and has been for many generations. JEFA Tech is an American company with American roots. We are located in the state of Maryland. Please be aware that some of our direct competitors, even though they are located in the United States, are actually foreign companies that have set up distribution centers and offices in the United States. We ask that you consider supporting our family business instead of a cheaper off-shore transplant company that is likely to give you little to no support after the sale.

JEFA Tech, Inc. is a stable, family owned small business that is experiencing steady growth. We have been in business since 2003. Our main office, manufacturing facility, and distribution warehouse is located in Hollywood, Maryland.
