Joe has been President of Jefferson Davis Associates, Inc. for more than 20 years. Under his leadership, the company has become a leading provider of marketing research for agricultural markets serving clients in North and South America, Europe, and Asia. Prior to becoming president of Jefferson Davis Associates, Joe held increasingly responsible marketing research and marketing positions, including product management, at Dow Chemical U.S.A. and at Monsanto Company, where he headed the market research effort in Latin America.

Raj joins the IMPACT team as Business Intelligence Analyst. Raj has five years of experience in business process improvement and digital strategy. Raj started his career at Monsanto (St. Louis), where he worked as a Business Analyst and spearheaded different improvement initiatives between the Quality Management and IT departments. During the last three years, he founded two startups ( JustCitizen.com & ServeHR.com ) and led a digital design house (Miracle Studios) towards sustainability creating new business avenues.
